We collect what you type into the early-access form, plus anonymous page analytics. We use it to contact you about Pythios and to see which pages get read. We do not sell it, advertise against it, or share it with anyone beyond the processors named below.
Two things, and nothing else.
What you submit. The early-access form asks for your name, work email address, organization, and a free-text description of what you need to see coming. All four are sent to us exactly as you typed them. We also record which page the form was submitted from and the time of submission.
Anonymous usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and referrers without cookies and without building a profile of you. It does not track you across other websites.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies for marketing.
We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a form submission, and we do not email you about anything other than the request you made.
Your submission passes through a small number of service providers, each acting on our instructions:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Form submissions are retained for as long as we are considering or maintaining a relationship with you, and server logs are kept for the retention period our host applies to them. If a request goes nowhere, we delete the submission once it is clearly stale.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@pythios.ai and we will action it. If you are in the UK, EU, or a US state with its own privacy statute, you may have additional rights — tell us and we will honour them regardless of where you are.
You do not need to give us anything to read this site. The form is the only place we ask.
This site is served over HTTPS with a content security policy that restricts what it is allowed to load. Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is ever perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Pythios is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change affects how we use something you already sent us, we will contact you about it directly.
